I use Winch Hire for one word ‘reliability’. They have well serviced and maintained equipment backed up by an understanding of my needs. They have excellent response times to problems or breakdowns that ensure minimum impact on my business. The depth of industry knowledge of the equipment and task at hand makes them much more than a ‘hire company’. The guys are there to help by providing ideas and solutions and not just equipment hire.
Winch Hire is my preferred choice for winch suppliers. I find the equipment is always supplied on time and in good operating condition it’s presented and delivered clean. They have a great range of ancillary equipment, and their inbuilt safety systems on the winches are important to us. The Winch Hire team provides my company with good technical information and back up to support our winch requirements.
I cannot fault Winch Hire’s client service or their equipment knowledge. Any equipment required is usually shipped to me a couple of days before required, always in good working order. Any requests to staff for administration help such as copies of consignment notes or invoices are always met promptly and courteously.
